Were convicted of crimes against the U.S for being anarchist and even foreigners during he period called the red scare
Period during the Bolshevik revolution which saw a rise in the number of communist supporters worldwide and the U.S was very afraid of these commies and anarchists overthrowing the government or just taking power. Which also resulted in huge discrimination towards foreigners accusing them of being commies or anarchists take Sacco and venssti for example?

Majority of people were spending and there inevitably there was less effort into paying off debts and people living off credit
